New Monday Class – Roll+Release
Monday timetable change.
The 6PM session is back and is replacing the 7PM session
What is “Flow and Release” Yoga?
Flow and Release class will allow you to move your body, work with your breath and find space to meditate.
You will experience a combination of VINYASA yoga and MYOFASCIAL release using tennis balls and blocks to get into the tight spots in the body.
The class is well balanced and designed to create movement, strength, and flexibility. This will help to enable you to get deeper into poses and release the resistance in the body that builds up day to day.
This class will benefit your body+mind with you leaving feeling like you have had a yoga fix and massage rolled into one. Suitable for all students.
You will need:
- Your mat along with 2 tennis balls and a block for this class.
- Bolster is optional for relaxation.
- Props can be purchased at reception.
The Flow + Release class is an all-levels yoga class taught by Kirsty.
Kirsty, is an experienced and much loved AYF teacher with tonnes of yoga passion and personality.
