Sunday SHAKTI Soul Sessions

As 2021 comes to an end your body, mind and soul is likely in need of a reset – before the silly season starts!

Come join us for three Shakti Sunday Soul sessions where you will be provided a Shakti acupressure mat to use during a specially designed yoga practice.

This stress-busting, tension-releasing practice will be book-ended by guided journaling practices to support your reflection on the year past, and cultivate clarity about how you will approach the year ahead.


Tea and evidence-based journaling guidance provided! (Nerdy, we know.) Essentially, we want to nurture you in both surviving and thriving.


What you will need:

Your yoga mat and 90-minutes of ‘me time’ each week (you absolutely deserve the latter!)

What we will offer:

A Shakti mat* for your use, tea, a journal (you can bring your own too) and guidance in acceptance and mindfulness-based journaling practices (a modern psychological approach to mind-body wellbeing)

*We have washable covers that we use to ensure tip-top hygiene standards!


Lead by:
Kaitlin Harkess, a registered senior yoga instructor with a PhD in clinical psychology who is passionate about supporting mind-body wellbeing.

Masks are required for entry and can be taken off once on the mat.
