We want to minimise the stress often related with month in Adelaide known as Mad March.

Substitute Mad with Mindful and reap the benefits.

 

Join our fabulous, supportive community of Yogis as we come together to experience the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of a daily Yoga practice. 

We welcome all levels of experience and encourage you to set your own goals + intentions, taking the challenge at your own pace.

 

WHAT'S INVOLVED:

31 days of MINDFUL STILLNESS + MOVEMENT

We suggest 5-6 classes per week with one (maybe more) day of rest to enjoy yoga off the mat eg. walk along the beach, hiking, catching up with friends basically any activity that gets you to SLOW DOWN and ENJOY life.

We encourage daily meditation (at least 5mins at home / before or after class)

Why Do it? This is an opportunity to develop a daily yoga practice! A daily practice will lead to a healthier body, a calmer state of mind and a more relaxed approach to life.

 

PLAN AHEAD:

Daily yoga is a great practice, however we want to be smart and not overwork the body.

We recommend setting your 31 day challenge to include Restore / Basics / Mindfulness* classes in your weekly practice. 

This way you allow for your body to release tension and also so that you might receive the marvelous benefits found in the practice of letting go.

 

CHANGE IT UP:

Use this time to get out of your patterns. Try something new!

Been taking the same 2 - 3 teachers for the last 6 months? 

Mix it up with some of our ‘new to AYF’ teachers.  

 

** MINDFUL MARCH BONUS **

 

Elizabeth will be sharing 3 MINDFUL classes designed to nourish your mind+soul. 

10AM SATURDAYS throughout March (60minutes)

Combine MINDFUL + RESTORE for a blissful Saturday experience at Adelaide Yoga Flow. 

 

4th MARCH - From discipline comes freedom

Creating a consistent mindfulness practice to regain freedom over your mind. 

Meditation tools plus yoga Nidra.

18th MARCH - Nourish Yourself 

How a calm, introspective practice not only benefits the mind but also our overall health.

Meditation, gentle movement and yoga Nidra.

 

25th MARCH - self compassion to world compassion 

Focus on developing inner compassion during practice for ourselves and others around us.

Includes Buddhist Metta meditation for a peaceful world and gentle free movement.
