AYF WINTER 21 DAY CHALLENGE

Resist the urge to hibernate during the winter months ...

CHOOSE instead to strengthen but also nuture the body from the inside out.

 

This is also an opportunity to develop deeper into your yoga practice.

 

If you want to consistently enjoy the benefits of yoga, then you need to take the steps necessary to make it a habit.

 

One of the best ways to develop the yoga habit is to commit to a 21 day yoga challenge.

 

By committing to a regular practice for 21 days and challenging yourself mentally, physically and emotionally you will begin to reset and redefine who you are.


The challenge includes one day of rest each week.

 

We believe balance on and off the mat is important.  

 

Yoga off the mat can be time for you enjoying what you love most - extra sleep, coffee with friends, spending time outdoors... options are endless.

 

This is for anyone looking to inspire their existing yoga practise or to create a powerful new one.

ESSENTIALS:
 
Practise 6 days each week
Enjoy 1 day of rest each week
= 18 classes in 21 days
* It's ok to miss a class, you can make it up by doing a double

Attend Michael's WINTER YIN SPECIAL CLASS with CHAI on Friday the 1st June ($40/$35*)  and count it as a tick on the challenge board
 
Additional SPINAL FLOW classes with Dan EVERY SATURDAY in JUNE 11am - 12pm

What is Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow is designed to encourage and improve your spinal mobility.

This is a non weight bearing class  (no down dogs or chaturunga) and is ideal if you want flowing movement without weight into arms and hands.

This class is ideal for newbies and regulars who want an additional Spinal Flow class without the need to set the alarm for 6.15am Mondays.

 

The challenge starts on SATURDAY 2nd JUNE

 

INVESTMENT:


- FREE for all current members on an unlimited membership 
- $95 (no concession - works out to $4.50 per class if you attend 21 classes)
- please note current 5/10 and intro passes will be suspended

Non-members

Membership is valid from 2 June - 22nd June only.
