Kids Yoga // Tuesday 10th Feb // 6 weeks
Kids Yoga at AYF is a fun approach to living a healthy, active and balanced life.
The classes are designed for children aged 5-9 years olds.
They are a great opportunity for children to learn fun yoga poses that encourage creativity, coordination, concentration and flexibility.
Classes include group activities such as games, stories, craft and music to encourage sharing, caring and friendship.
Children will learn relaxation exercises at the end of each class so they feel calm and recharged.

supports growing bodies (tones & stabilises muscles, maintains joint mobility)

complements other activities such as sport or dance
AYF Kids classes are taught by the talented Lama Shono who is certified as an Advanced Children Yoga Teacher (ages 3 to teens).
Term 1 Timetable:
From: 10th February - 17th March
Time: 4 pm - 4.45 pm
Duration: 6 weeks
Investment: $90 (bookings essential)

Children are welcome to commence at any time throughout the term, paying for the remaining classes in the course (if spaces are available).
Minimum class size is 5 students // Maximum class size is 12
Children to wear comfortable clothes with bare feet
Please bring a drink bottle however no food allowed in the studio.
Class fees are not refundable or transferrable.
The fee paid expires at the end of the term. Any unused classes are not transferrable to the next term.
Parents/carers please be mindful to arrive on time.
There are a number of nearby cafes and shops for parents/carers.
