KIDS YOGA 4 Week Course  //  Starts Sunday 30th August

 

Kids Yoga at AYF is a fun approach to living a healthy, active and  balanced life.  

 

We are EXCITED to announce upcoming classes especially for KIDS to be run as a 4 week course.

These fun and interactive KIDS YOGA classes are designed for children aged 4-7 year olds and 8-12 year olds

This is a great opportunity for children to learn fun yoga poses that encourage creativity, coordination, concentration and flexibility.

The classes will include group activities such as games, stories, craft and music to encourage sharing, caring and friendship.

Children will learn relaxation exercises at the end of each class so  they feel calm and recharged.

 

WHEN:   Sunday Afternoons ( 30th AUG  /  6th SEPT  /  13th SEPT  /  20th SEPT)

TIME:     1-2pm for 4-7 year olds  //  2.30pm-3.30pm for 8-12 year olds

COST:    $60 for the 4 week course  //  $18 single session

Minimum class size is 6 students  //  Maximum class size is 15

 
Please note:
 
Children to wear comfortable clothes with bare feet.
Please bring a drink bottle however no food allowed in the studio. 
Workshop fees are not refundable or transferrable.
Parents/carers please be mindful to arrive on time.
There are a number of nearby cafes and shops for parents/carers.
