With a background in martial arts, Natasha enjoys dynamic movement and channelling her energy (chi or prana).
As a freediver, she loves to be at one with nature and find stillness and surrender as she explores her physical and mental limits.
In yoga she has found a nurturing practice that incorporates all of these elements, wrapped up with a good dose of compassion and humility.
Natasha has completed teacher training with Albert Hennink and is currently completing her 500 hour qualification with Byron Yoga.
She is also studying yoga anatomy and physiology with Simon Borg Olivier (Yoga Synergy).
In her teaching, Natasha seeks to find a balance of strength and softness, challenge and ease, celebration and relaxation.
She hopes students will leave her classes feeling nourished and refreshed, with renewed energy and confidence.
