Coming from a very strong dancing and performing arts background, Jessica found Yoga to help her stay conditioned physically and in tune mentally whilst she was training and performing. Her initial interest in Yoga blossomed further into a deep love as she met students, teachers and mentors that introduced her to the depths of yoga and all that it has to offer.
In April 2017 she had the privilege of traveling to Rishikesh, India - the birth place of Yoga, where she successfully completed her 200hr Registered Teacher training. Here she gained authentic and practical knowledge, along with the philosophy of the Yoga Sutras ready to share with the Adelaide community.
Now since she has returned she has taught both children in schools and adults in studios to develop the mind and body connection on and off the mat.
Jessica is also developing programs for the corporate work environment as part of health and wellness programs, wellness mentor programs in schools and currently studying a Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher training.
Above all Jessica’s Yoga journey has played a vital role in developing the love and respect she shows for herself, others and the planet. She is constantly striving to enhance her knowledge and refine her practice. Jessica looks forward to sharing her teachings at Adelaide Yoga Flow.
