I have been practising yoga for over 20 years. It brings me great joy and balance. Life can be overwhelming and you can easily let yourself be bumped from task to task. My practice helps me to ground, reset, explore, and appreciate where I am.

I have two active boys and much of my summer is on the cricket sidelines so I also love and am thankful to be able to come to the calmness of my mat.

I completed 500hrs Purna Yoga Teacher Training with Byron Yoga Centre in 2016. The training gave me a beautiful foundation in learning and teaching a gentle, relaxing & energising class. I feel lucky to continue regular training and workshops ~ Anatomy & Breath Anatomy workshop with Leslie Kaminoff, Yin Yang training with Jennifer Crescenzo, & Teaching Yoga to Seniors training with Maria Kirsten.  

I love teaching and sharing yoga to bring awareness. I love the simple balance a class can offer – all over body movement and stillness in our heads. I aim to create a safe, relaxed, non-judgmental and restorative space to explore and nourish our bodies.
